Thiacloprid containing insecticides Calypso, Exemptor and Biscaya
Thiacloprid the active ingredient of a number of pesticides including Calypso and Exemptor is now subject to a phased revocation with a final sales date of 3rd August 2020 and final use date of 3rd February 2021. We have been advised that some additional voluntary measures have been suggested by the UK regulator.
The measures do not replace any EAMUs or labels, and are voluntary as part of the revocation period. Sales will have to cease before 3rd August but it is likely that supplies will be exhausted in advance of this date.
