2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your computer or device when you visit them. They are widely used to make websites function efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site owners.

Some cookies are essential for the operation of our website, while others help us improve its performance or tailor the experience to your interests.

3. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies for several purposes, including:

• Essential website functions. These are necessary for our site to operate, such as enabling the checkout process, maintaining your shopping basket, and supporting secure login areas.
• Performance and analytics
To understand how visitors use our site and help us improve it. For example, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information such as the number of visitors, how they found our site, and which pages they visit.
• Functionality
To remember choices you make (like login details, saved baskets, or preferred account type) and provide an improved, more personalised experience.
• Marketing and communications
To deliver relevant content and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. This includes integrations with third-party platforms such as Klaviyo, which helps us send relevant email communications, and Shopify, which supports our store and checkout experience.
