Trade Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Fargro make deliveries using our own fleet of trucks and vans, couriers, and third-party operators, depending on your delivery location and the nature of your order. Our aim is to use the most efficient delivery method available.
If your delivery is assigned to a courier or third-party operator, delivery is typically within four or five working days, depending on the goods within your consignment. Our own trucks and vans have assigned delivery routes for each day.
When you place your order on-line, or by contacting our Customer Services team, you will be advised about your delivery date options.
If you have not received your goods as advised, please call our Customer Services Team on 01903 726100 or email orders@fargro.co.uk, quoting your Order Number.
Access to your Site
Standard delivery of palletised goods requires access for an 18tonne rigid vehicle with a tail lift. The lorries are approximately the same size as a standard dustcart.
Pallets can only be wheeled from the vehicle if there is a hard surface on which the pallet truck can run; this does not include grass, soft or stony ground.

When are Delivery Charges Applied?
Credit Accounts within 30 miles of the Fargro distribution centre at Vinery Fields, Poling.
There is no charge for deliveries, providing there is not Restricted Access to your premises.
Credit Accounts with a spend of over £5,000 (excluding VAT) per year (where delivery is to a UK mainland address, excluding Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight)
There is no charge for delivery if you have spent £5,000 (excluding VAT, five thousand pounds) with us within a rolling 12-month period. Please note, as set out in the tables below, delivery surcharges will still apply for certain products and services.
Credit Accounts with a spend of less than £5,000 per year (excluding VAT), or delivery is to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland.
If you have spent less than £5,000 (excluding VAT, five thousand pounds) within a rolling 12-month period, delivery charges will be applied.
Cash with order accounts
Delivery charges are applied to all cash with order accounts. Please note - when placing an order online, delivery charges may vary for some items. We will contact you prior to confirming your order should any adjustments to the delivery charge need to be made.

Hazardous Product Surcharge
If your consignment contains hazardous goods, a Hazardous Product Surcharge will be applied to all deliveries beyond 30 miles from our distribution centre. Please note that some carriers mandate that hazardous products are palletised, even in small quantities.

Delivery Schedule
Biological control products are shipped twice weekly. Your delivery date depends on when you place your order.
Orders placed Monday 11am - Thursday 11am will be delivered early the following week
Orders placed Thursday 11am - Monday 11am will be delivered on Friday

Important
To ensure product quality, delivery dates are fixed and cannot be expedited.
