Care Instructions

• Indoor/Outdoor Use: Ideal for use in covered outdoor areas such as patios, balconies, or conservatories. Can also be used indoors for ambient lighting. • Weather Protection: Bamboo and jute are natural materials and may weather over time when exposed to rain, humidity, or direct sunlight. • Storage: During wet, cold, or extreme weather conditions, bring the lantern indoors to prevent moisture damage, mould, or material deterioration. • Cleaning: Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking. • Solar Panel: Ensure the solar panel receives direct sunlight for optimal performance. Clean the panel occasionally to remove dust or residue. Product comes with a three-month warranty period* * This lantern is handcrafted using natural bamboo and jute materials. Due to the nature of these materials, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. Prolonged exposure to outdoor elements may result in fading, warping, or fraying. This is considered a natural aging process and not a product fault. To preserve its appearance and functionality, we recommend using the lantern in covered or partially protected outdoor spaces, and storing it indoors during inclement weather.
