COVID-19 Visitor and Contractor Policy

We have put in place some additional control measures in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and kindly ask that all contractors and visitors please follow the rules below:
  • Do not enter if you have displayed any symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days or have potentially been in contact with anyone who has had, or displayed symptoms of, the virus within the last 14 days
  • Please adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times, ensuring to keep a minimum of 2 metres distance from other people
  • Do not share stationery or tools; these should be kept for individual
  • All paperwork to be approved and sent electronically only
  • We have mounted thermal sensors in operation which will detect higher than normal temperatures
  • Upon arrival, wash your hands/use hand wipes, gels or other sanitisers provided
  • Ensure any equipment you are bringing on site has been cleaned and disinfected prior to coming on to site
  • Wash your hands on a regular basis
  • If you cough, sneeze, or blow your nose, do so into a tissue, dispose of it in a bin and then wash your hands If no tissues are available, cough or sneeze into your elbow
  • Use any PPE required as per the site’s rules
  • Deliveries and collections are to be made in the designated areas only – Goods In / Reception for postal deliveries
